Summer 2016

As a manufacturing engineering intern, I held a variety of tasks and interfaced with cross-functional teams in a production facility. I investigated and identified root cause and corrective actions for argon furnace thermocouple discrepancies. I wrote standard work instructions interfacing with stress analysts, operations, and design engineers. I also edited and corrected working drawings to correct interference tolerances for integrated assemblies. Side projects included developing tool stands to accelerate technicians workflow as shown below.
